Moot Court Session

At Balıkesir University Faculty of Law, a moot court session was held within the framework of the Civil Procedure Law course, focusing on written proceedings. Under the supervision of Dr. Ali Çetin Aslan and Research Assistant Yaren Nisa Öztay, the session took place in the Faculty of Law Moot Court Hall, where a dispute concerning a promissory note was simulated and adjudicated. Students Alara Nazlı Çam, Hilal Türkmen, and Senanur Çoşkuner served as judges of the Commercial Court of First Instance; Şulenaz Çıtır and Ceylin Katı acted as counsel for the claimant; while Oğuzcan Çalım represented the defendant.
