Dr. Mustafa Yasan, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, attended the
“International Conference of Researchers on Economic and Social Sciences on
Green Economy and Sustainable Development” held at Baku State University of
Economics on 16–17 December 2024, with the participation of over 100 academics
from 13 different countries.
At the conference, Prof. Dr. Yasan delivered his paper titled “A Newly Recognized Institution in Turkish Corporate Law for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals: The Right of Certain Groups to Representation on the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Companies.” We sincerely congratulate him and wish him continued success in his academic endeavors.
