Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law at BAUN, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yasan, Receives Scientific Study Award
The
academic study jointly prepared by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yasan, Acting Dean of the
Faculty of Law at Balıkesir University, and Prof. Dr. Sima Nart from the
Faculty of Business Administration at Sakarya University, was granted the “Scientific
Study Award” within the scope of the 27th Traditional Consumer Awards organized
by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. The award was presented by
Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat at the award ceremony.
Their
joint work, entitled “The Impact of Mandatory Mediation on the Performance of
Consumer Dispute Resolution”, which was published in the full-text proceedings
book of the 8th International Congress on Social Sciences, earned the scholars
this prestigious recognition.
Commenting
on the achievement, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yasan expressed his pride in receiving
the award on behalf of Balıkesir University from the Minister of Trade, Prof.
Dr. Ömer Bolat. He also conveyed his gratitude to Rector Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu
for fostering a peaceful and productive academic environment that inspires
scholarly motivation.
