Use of Student Information System (OBS) “Social Transcript Module”

Social Transcript Module Now Available
The OBS
Social Transcript Module, prepared in accordance with our university’s Social
Transcript Directive, is now ready for use.
Under
this system, undergraduate and associate degree students registered at
Balıkesir University can have their achievements in social, cultural,
scientific, sports, career development, and volunteer activities recognized,
recorded, and documented. These activities must be organized by student clubs,
public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations working
for the public benefit, or institutions with cooperation agreements with the
university, in line with the criteria specified in the Balıkesir University
Social Transcript Guide.
In this
context, the Social Transcript Guide, which explains the procedures for units,
students, academic advisors, and department heads to use the module via OBS,
can be accessed here, and the Balıkesir University Social Transcript Directive
can be accessed here.
Important
dates for Faculty of Law students’ activity applications, approvals, and
objections are as follows:
Student
Applications: May 13–21, 2025
Advisor
and Department Head Approvals: May 22–30, 2025
Objection Applications: May 23–30, 2025
