Make-up Exams (for students who could not attend midterms due to valid excuses)

Students
who wish to request a make-up exam for the midterm examinations must submit
their petition for a make-up exam (with supporting documents proving their
excuse attached) to the Student Affairs Office within one week following the
end of the excuse.
Applications submitted without completing the make-up exam petition and without attaching the supporting document will not be taken into consideration.
