*Bosna Hersek'ten Gelen Değişim Öğrencilerine Hukuk Seminerleri*
Fakültemiz, Bosna Hersek’ten gelen değişim öğrencilerini ağırlayarak Türk hukuk sistemine ilişkin çok yönlü bir seminer programı düzenledi. Seminer programının ilk gününde üç oturum gerçekleştirildi.
Programın sabah oturumunda, Dekanımız Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yasan “Modernisation of Turkish Commercial Law” başlıklı sunumuyla Türk ticaret hukukunun geçirdiği dönüşüm sürecini ele aldı. Ardından Arş. Gör. Aybüke Keskin “Digitalisation in Turkish Company Law” başlıklı sunumuyla dijitalleşmenin şirketler hukukuna etkisini, karşılaştırmalı bir perspektifle değerlendirdi. Günün son oturumunda ise Dekan Yardımcımız Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Semih Batur Kaya “Fundamental Principles of Turkish Constitutional Law” başlıklı sunumuyla anayasa hukukunun temel ilkeleri üzerine kapsamlı bir sunum gerçekleştirdi.
Seminerlerde yalnızca Türkiye’deki hukuk uygulamaları değil, aynı zamanda öğrencilerin kendi ülkelerindeki örnekler de tartışılarak zengin bir etkileşim ortamı sağlandı.
*Legal Seminars for Exchange Students from Bosnia and Herzegovina*
Our Faculty of Law hosted a series of legal seminars for exchange students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, offering a broad introduction to various aspects of the Turkish legal system. The programme featured three sessions on the first day.
In the morning session, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yasan, delivered a seminar titled “Modernisation of Turkish Commercial Law”, discussing the transformation of commercial law in Turkey. This was followed by Research Assistant Aybüke Keskin’s seminar on “Digitalisation in Turkish Company Law”, which examined the impact of digitalisation from a comparative legal perspective. The final session of the day was presented by our Vice Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Semih Batur Kaya, who delivered a comprehensive overview titled “Fundamental Principles of Turkish Constitutional Law”.
The sessions encouraged comparative dialogue, with students also sharing examples from their own legal systems, creating a rich environment for international academic exchange.
